Founder Story

“It’s the tool my family needed but never had.”

Eating disorders ran through my family for four generations (that I know of). The silence they hide behind is real. I understand what it looks like when warning signs are dismissed as "phases," when suffering becomes normalized, and when help arrives years too late.

I spent 17 years at Pandora, Salesforce, Yelp, and GoFundMe, learning how behavioral data reveals what people don't say aloud. The signals were always there: shifts in behavior, isolation, obsession, withdrawal, distress hidden in plain sight.

"The signals were there; no one was paying attention."

Voyant was born from that realization. It's the tool my family needed but never had, a system designed to recognize the invisible patterns before damage is done. We're building it so other families don't spend years trapped between denial and diagnosis, wondering if they should have seen it sooner.

My dad, Claude, was a radiologist. His whole life was spent looking carefully at people so he could catch what others missed. His greatest frustration was that he could only help one patient at a time. Voyant keeps his legacy of healing alive, and uses technology to scale it, so that the careful attention he gave one person at a time can reach many families at once. I think of him as my co-founder. This is the tool he didn't have. I'm building it so other families don't have to wait.

Because earlier awareness can change the entire outcome.
